Tim is a Student-at-Law with Chivers Carpenter, where he also worked as a summer student in 2016. He has common law and civil law degrees from McGill University, where he received the Elizabeth Torrance Gold Medal for graduating first in his class. While in law school, Tim was an editor on the McGill Journal of Law and Health, coordinated the school’s labour law club, and served as Grievance Officer for McGill’s research employees union.
During law school, Tim also worked as a research assistant for a professor in the areas of legal and political theory and as a summer student in the litigation department of a major U.S. law firm’s New York office.
